Add lukewarm water, yeast and sugar to the vessel, stir gently and leave for 15 minutes.
Then mix half of the total flour and mix gently until all ingredients are combined. Add a pinch of salt to the remaining flour and mix before adding it to the mixture. Knead well and cover and let the dough rise for 20 minutes.
When the dough is risen, cover surface with flour on which you will roll the dough to achieve a thickness of 5 mm. Grease the dough with Dida Boža black olive spread for the most part, then a grease the smaller portion of dough with Dida Boža green olive spread. Wash the capers and sprinkle over the whole greased surface and then sprinkle with rosemary. Roll the dough and roll it into a spiral.
Preheat oven to 220°C. Preheat a refractory vessel with a lid in the oven before loading baking paper and dough. Once you have put the paper and dough in a heated vessel, cover and put in the oven for 30 minutes. For the last 10 minutes, remove the lid to get a golden color.
