Čokoladna torta s džemom od višnje i Figgyem recept

Ingredients

Liquid ingredients:

• 1 cup vegetable milk

• 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

• 3/4 cup brown sugar

• 1/3 cup oil (sunflower or coconut)

• 1 teaspoon grated tonka bean or vanilla extract

 

Dry ingredients:

• 1 cup smooth flour

• 1/3 cup cocoa powder

• 3/4 teaspoon baking soda

• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

•  a pinch of salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Mix all liquid ingredients in one bowl. Mix all dry ingredients in another bowl. Pour the dry ingredients slowly into the bowl with liquid ingredients and mix until you get a thick mixture. Pour the mixture into a baking pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Make sure the cake is baked by sticking a stick or a knife (wooden or metal) in the dough. If it is clean when you remove it, your cake is done.  

Leave it until completely cold. After the cake dough is cooled, cut it in half and coat with Dida Boža cherry spread (in a thin layer) and with Figgy spread over it. Fold with the other half and coat with the melted vegan chocolate or some other chocolate as desired.
