A delicious and juicy Boban cake with Dida Boža strawberry jam stuffing is a dessert for any time of the year.

  • 6 eggs
  • 12 dag sugar
  • 12 dag dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 240 grams of Dida Boža strawberry jam
  • 3 dcl of sweet whipped cream



  • Separate egg whites from egg yolks.
  • Make egg whites together with baking powder.
  • Mix the egg yolks with sugar, then melt the chocolate and mix in the egg yolks.
  • Add the mixture to the egg whites and stir gently with a foam.
  • Pour into a pre-lined mold and place in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • When the biscuit is baked, allow it to cool and roll with a fork.
  • Then coat it with strawberry jam.
  • Cream the sweet cream into the whipped cream and coat over the jam.
  • Leave in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and serve.
