Mince the tofu into small pieces and season as desired (salt, pepper, curry, mint red pepper).
Chop onions and garlic.
Place 2 tablespoons of olive oil on a heated pan and add onion and garlic, simmering for 2 minutes.
Add the seasoned tofu and stir for 5 minutes over low heat.
Add vegetable milk occasionally to keep the tofu from burning.
On a slice of bread, put tofu scrambled eggs, ajvar, sliced avocado and drizzle with lemon juice.
Sprinkle with sesame and onions if desired.
