Homemade lactose and gluten free ice cream

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas (sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons Figgy spread of figs, hazelnuts and cocoa
  • 25 g of chocolate for cooking
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped almonds

Preparation

Put frozen bananas, Figg and water in the mixer and blend until creamy.

Sprinkle some almonds into plastic ice cream cups.
Dissolve chocolate and pour in plastic cups.
Then pour the creamy mixture into the cups and place overnight to freeze.
