Chop vegetables into small cubes, cut tuna into 1x1 cm cubes, and cook bulgur according to directions on the packaging. Lightly fry cut vegetables in a pan. Add bulgur and some fluid to the pan with vegetables, add spices and stir well to mix all the ingredients. Serve on a plate! In another pan grill cubes of tuna until turning white on all sides. Pour reduced aceto balsamico over it, add fresh celery leaf, and a touch of chili and serve over bulgur.
