Recepti s džemovima, namazima i ostalim proizvodima


Serves 4, preparation time 25 min.

  •     600 g tuna
  •     400 g durum bulgur
  •     1 carrot
  •     1 celery root
  •     1 zucchini
  •     1 leek
  •     1/2 red bell pepper
  •     3 cherry tomatoes
  •     0,5 dcl olive oil
  •     0,4 dcl reduced aceto balsamico
  •     5 g celery leaf
  •     25 g ginger chutney
  •     Salt, pepper, chili


Chop vegetables into small cubes, cut tuna into 1x1 cm cubes, and cook bulgur according to directions on the packaging. Lightly fry cut vegetables in a pan. Add bulgur and some fluid to the pan with vegetables, add spices and stir well to mix all the ingredients. Serve on a plate!  In another pan grill cubes of tuna until turning white on all sides. Pour reduced aceto balsamico over it, add fresh celery leaf, and a touch of chili and serve over bulgur.
