Ingredients

  • 300g of dinkel flour
  • 180g of protein yogurt
  • 1.5 tablespoons of Dida Boža organic sugar
  • 125g butter
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Dida Boža Plum jam with no sugar or Dida Boža Blackberry jam

Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl.
Melt butter on steam and whilst still warm, immediately stir in the yogurt, which will cool it to room temperature.
Add the butter and yogurt mixture to the container with the dry ingredients and mix by hand only until all the ingredients are combined.
Put the mixture in cellophane and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Then remove and divide the mixture in half and roll each half to 5 mm thick.
Models make circles of one mixture and the other circles with holes in the center, so that there are equal numbers of them.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and bake for 8-9 minutes.
When the rings have cooled, spread the jam or jam on the full circles and cover with the holes with the holes.
Sprinkle with coconut crumbs.
