Ingredients
Have you had the opportunity to try Japanese apples known as persimmons?
In collaboration with blogger @dalamatianthingswithnina, we have prepared a delicious recipe that is easy to prepare.
With persimmons, Dida Boža jam and jujube, this dish simply has to be delicious. Jujube is a sweet Dalmatian fruit that tastes similar to apple and is ideally matched in combination with other ingredients. We hope you will try the recipe we have prepared and love it.
Ingredients (for 4 people):
4 - 6 persimmons
Jujube and fig spread dressing:
• 50 g butter
• 2 tablespoons honey
• A handful jujubes
• 2 tablespoons Dida Boža organic fig spread
Preparation
Preparation:
Put baking paper in the fireproof dish. Put the persimmons you previously washed on paper.
Preheat the oven to 180°C, then place the persimmons in the oven (30-40 min). Persimmons must not fall apart, but should be soft and baked.
Dressing:
While the persimmons are baking, prepare a delicious topping. Clean the jujubes by cutting them in the middle and removing the pit.
Melt the butter in a pan. Add jujubes to the butter. Blanch the jujubes on butter, while stirring constantly, until softened. When the jujube is softened, add honey, and finally Dida Boža organic fig spread. Stir everything well. Top baked persimmons with warm dressing! We suggest bourbon vanilla ice cream as suitable side dish to this delicious dessert!
Bon appetit!
